About MAPLE Ascent

Independent. Built from real lift and escalator maintenance assessment experience.

MAPLE Ascent brings operational data, maintenance records, shutdown history, availability trends and lifecycle insights into one structured reporting environment — combining AI-assisted analysis with vertical transportation engineering expertise to turn complex data into clear action.

Our mission

Technology Advancement support maintenance efficiency.

By combining lift engineering expertise with AI-assisted analysis, MAPLE Ascent turns complex performance data into clear advice — helping owners, asset managers and service providers improve reliability, strengthen maintenance outcomes and support higher equipment availability.

MAPLE Ascent exists to change that. We bring together the operational data, the maintenance record and the analytical layer that makes both useful — into one transparent reporting environment owned by you, not your contractor.

Ascent is the platform. MAPLE is the Framework. Together they're an intelligent solution, not just a dashboard — the way our consultants have worked for years, finally delivered as software.

What we believe

Four principles. Every release, every screen, every conversation.

01

Independence is not optional.

We have no commercial relationship with any service providers. Our analysis is the same whether your contractor likes the answer or not.

02

Raw data, untouched.

Raw data flows from the service provider's system into MAPLE Ascent securely — without human intervention or amendment.

03

Plain language, every screen.

If a metric needs three caveats to be understood, it doesn't ship. We surface the answer, the unit, and the action — and a way to dig deeper when you want.

04

Built by people who specialise in lifts.

Our development team includes partners and engineers who write the inspection reports. Andy was scoped against what they actually get asked by our client.
